Anyone get a medical waiver for headaches to submit with warrant packet?

I know AR 40-501, Chapter 4-27c lists chronic headaches as a disqualification, but the AR also refers to DA Pam 40-502 as the guidance concerning waivers, so you may be able to find your answer there.

The first question I would ask is if you had a waiver for headaches when you first Enlisted, or have they manifested since then and are a potential disqualifier on a flight physical?
