SSG (Join to see) I think it has a lot to do with the broad mindset approach that the Army has adopted. Situational awareness and acute memory retention was usually just left to the Scout Platoons. Which I felt was a shame; but the nail that sticks up gets hammered down pretty quickly when it doesn’t jive with the conventional norm.
