Yeah, none. Why are you going to waste your money on something that the military provides you with?

I think we all do, bud, but you should configure your issued gear to fit your needs and comfort. It can definitely be done. Save yoir money for better things outside of work. You'll thank me for that advice later (or wish you had followed it).

I'm wid' da good SGT on this one. The most important thing about body armor is that it protects your body. "High Speed" personnel most probably accept some higher risks in order to be more mobile, and that's part of the package. I didn't much care for my issue IBA at first (especially that d&^M collar and groin flap), and drove my Chief nuts trying to "modify" it...but since getting out, I WISH I had been able to keep it, and am eternally grateful to him for riding my case about being "Hollywood".

As a civilian, I have sourced the "best" available by budget/law, and can definitely see the disadvantages to a plate carrier vs. full vest. Bullets do weird things...sometimes fate is "luckier" than the best sniper.

Unless you have a new gen 4 I would get a plate carrier. It makes you more comfortable when shooting so that's a plus. The good old IOTV has its issues when rollovers happen. Short answer: Crye JPC

We we're authorized to wear PC since September of 2016 I had a basic condor PC but would like to upgrade or one made with better quality. Just curious what other service men and women recomend.

Gotcha most plate carriers weren't made with women in mind you guys have different .....well physical attributes then men. Let me get with a friend she has a plate carrier that she loves roomy up top but very secure.
