Anyone have the OPORD or Dates for Operation Capitol Resolve I & II?

I got sent to DC with my former National Guard unit to help with the DC civil disorder. I recently found the memo from the USECDEF regarding the Armed Forces Service Medal. I'm trying to figure out if my guys are/were eligible for receiving the AFSM. If anyone has the official dates or OPORDs for OCR I & II, could I get them for submission to G-1?

If your Soldiers have Orders mobilizing them "in support of Operation Capitol Response I, II or the Presidential Inauguration", then they are eligible.
The orders must simply specify support for one of those three named Operations.
