Oh google does, but it is limited. Satisfactory Service Determination Board.

I'm not AF, but the only SSD I know is called a Special Security Detachment that is assigned to a division-sized unit to gather certain intelligence and then brief the division commander, his staff, and the brigades and their staffs.
Otherwise, you'll have to elaborate.
