Anyone know of any company that does not get agitated with Guard Servicemen/women when they go on orders?

Public agencies. They are bound by Vet Code. My LE agency makes up the lost pay when members deploy. State and Local levels are best. I have heard, surprisingly, that Feds are not big on Guard members.

When I was a Police Officer in NYC, all I had to do was give them my drill schedule for the year and than separate drill orders every month, and I got the time off I needed, with pay.
