Anyone took the unit movement Officer course? If so, what was your experience?

SFC Luke Anderson Some 20 years ago, as well as USAF air planners course, and Hazmat certifiers course. Really all three IMHO should be a package deal..and then that NCO should be pinned to the job assignment for 24 months, giving units time to assess, select, train, and assign a replacement.
As for the training, like most other technical schools it teaches you how to use the equipment, tools, and software and follow policy, law, and regulatory guidance
