I'm in search of an online masters program for Professional Counseling. The only university that meets all of my requirements is Liberty University. I was just wondering if anyone wouldn't mind sharing their experience with pursuing their online degree with Liberty University?

If anyone has other universities that I might check out, that would be great.

My co-worker is working on his Master's from Liberty. What is your field of study?

I'm currently enrolled in Liberty's Master's in Management and Leadership program. They have a great online program. The professors are very understanding that most students have jobs, families, and various other aspects of life on top of schoolwork. They are very military friendly and the staff are very helpful.

Be careful. If I remember correctly, Liberty has an on-campus residency requirement with their program (my wife looked at online Masters in Counseling degrees). I could be wrong, but that could be a deal breaker.

Bellevue University and Wake Forrest both have online Masters of Counseling worth checking out as well.

Sir,

I will double check that again. I think I read something about students are able to complete a residency with an approved school elsewhere, but I will definitely check that again before enrolling. Thank you.

Sir, LU did have that but it has changed that just needs to spend a year longer until they are rewarded it. I had a counselor getting her Masters at LU and she had to meet more requirements before getting it. Liberty is a VERY military friendly University.

Liberty requires week long Intensives. 3-4 in that program. I began online, but moved there for my final semester to finish up as a resident student. They received CACREP accreditation for the residential program and theyre working for CACREP for the online degree. Excellent program

I think this university gives you as much knowledge as others, but the advantage is that all learning takes place online. Online learning saves a lot of time, doesn't it? Studying and working full-time is very difficult. But with online learning it's easier, isn't it? I, for example, always use free essay samples from internet on all kinds of topics to be able to work and study at the same time. For example in history we studied holocaust and wrote an essay about it and this service helped me a lot. Thanks for the topic!

I'm a student of Liberty University online now and must say that it's a great way of education for strongly disciplined people. Sometimes it's hard because you have a lot of homework and you need to do it at home when there is a lot of distracting things. That's why I found this source https://essayreviewexpert.com/review/papersowl/ and get an eye on the PapersOwl.com review. Sometimes this source helps me a lot when I'm too tired to do some study tasks. You can write me in Dm if you need more info.

Currently enrolled the Counseling program. They are. CACREP accredited 60 hour plan. The homework can get heavy but the program is well organized. There are some classes that require travel to the campus and practicum are going to be an issue but so far so good. Good luck

You may be interested in Benedictine University. I received 25% discount in tuition cost for my prior service while I earned my MBA. The University is also offering free tuition for OIF and OEF veterans. While having a great business school their commitment to the military community is one of the reason I selected Benedictine. They offer a number of Masters programs that might work for you. Good luck in your educational endeavors. http://www.veteranstoday.com/2008/05/09/benedictine-university-offers-free-education-to-military-veterans/
