Are reenlistment bonuses recouped with a family care plan chapter?

I’ve been searching around and I’m having a hard time getting a good answer on this.

I’m recently a single parent, soon to be official and requiring a FCP. If I’m unable to develop a valid FCP, and I receive an involuntary chapter, will my res enlistment bonus be recouped?

I’ve also had to extend to fulfill the terms of my reclass since the original reenlistment with the bonus of that has any effect.
