Are some admins deleting threads without letting the user know?

I had conversation started in a few but they disapeared not found in my history. If you are going to move them then at least let a guy know. Otherwise it can be taken the wrong way by some users, especially if the post was a harmless question.
Seriously, I am an admin too so I should be able to change the content if needed. I will look again and change this post if I am wrong.

Is it the job of RallyPoint administrators to change the name of your question/discussion because "they" feel it should be stated differently? See below
"RallyPoint updated the name of your discussion from "Lets give ISIS jobs." to "Is giving jobs to ISIS the long term solution?", because of the following issue(s):"
"Trying to be more specific... feel free to update/refine further."
It was fine the way I started it.
