Are the Impeachment Proceedings violating President Trump's constitutional rights?

As we all know, House Democrats are refusing to send the Articles of Impeachment to the Senate unless they get what they want...aka quid pro quo. It's hypocritical due to the Democrats saying the proceedings must be quick due to POTUS being a threat to democracy. Additionally they are doing exactly the same thing that they are trying to impeach President Trump for. Does the current proceedings violate President Trump's rights to a speedy trial? I see no Constitutional right being violated. There may be procedural violations (someone else will have to verify this inasmuch as I have no intention of wading through the House Rules). Ultimately, I see Pelosi's reticence to forward the Articles to the Senate as further proof that the impeachment is, was, will always be a political show to affect the outcome of the 2020 elections. A futile attempt at best inasmuch as those who hate President Trump will vote for anyone opposing him and those who love him will cast their ballots to reelect him. The only ones who matter are the independent voters who seem disgusted with the Democratic shenanigans and some Democrats who will stay home on election day rather than engage in a futile show.

I think we need to go to the left of impeachment and ask if the Federal Government surveillance of a political candidate violated President Trump’s Constitutional rights.

Well, the Articles of Impeachment are a matter of public record....since I was just able to Google them. So, the Senate doesn't have to worry about the House delaying in sending the Articles over. In fact, once the House passed the Articles, it literally left their hands and now it is in the hands of the Senate. Now, it appears (IMHO) that both parties are trying to grand stand and chest puff their way thru this.
