Are there any laws regarding graveyard shifts and Reserve or National Guard soldiers?

I work graves typically from midnight till 8 am days about 48 hours a week. A recent change in management has made it that the scheduling which was done by a prior service member is now done by an extremely hot headed person who doesn't hold the military in the highest regard due from a recent divorce from a long time service member. Ever since the change getting days off for drill is almost a nightmare due to the day after drill. Due to it being considered a non drill day I've been expected to come in and work my graveyard shift with extremely little sleep and rest after the drill weekend. My days off have also gone out the door such as that since my jobs work week begins and ends each Saturday I'm only receiving one day off this week this upcoming Saturday which is fairly rough on the body. I've attempted to simply speak to the scheduling supervisor without much success. Myself and other guardsmen/reservists are treated differently for having to take drill days off and it often seems that the schedule is more of a power struggle rather than professional. Is there any laws that may be able to assist in this ordeal?
