Are there any Signal Corps NCOs who have served as an Observer/Controller who can share their experiences with me?

No Sir, I'm not on assignment for anywhere yet. I am just trying to find out more information about career options for me at this point.

I can link you up with the 30 that was on my team in 2014. She was a Signal genius. I will say all the 30's or Signal Trainers were top notch officers and NCOs. I would however recommend a Signaleer to go either to a tactical or strategic assignment. NTC removes you from the force for 24-36 months. But with that said, NTC will provide you with a tremendous opportunity to observe current TTPs in signal architecture, horizontal and vertical, or lack thereof and become a better trainer.
