Are you aware of any online courses soldiers can get to earn Promotion Points under the Military Education category that will count as Resident Courses. I am not talking about Skillport or correspondence courses points. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

There is a website call COOL-MOS, or Credentialing Opportunities Online. It shows by MOS what certification courses are out there that can be taken through DANTES, with the GI Bill, etc. It also shows which certifications qualify for promotion points in that MOS. It was last updated January 2016. Points are awarded under the civilian education and certification sections.

I think you should do it online because if you have a shitty unit that doesn't sent you to classes your screwed when it comes to points

SGT, if you are in a medical MOS or interested in the medical field, I recommend the following online courses:
Here is a list of correspondence courses that will give you lots of hours:
081-MD0921 HEALTHCARE NCO SUST- 170 Hours
081-68WM6 PRACTICAL NURSE ASI SUST- 130 Hours
081-CBRNE NWP NUCLEAR WARFARE PREPARD FOR HLTHCARE PROVIDER- 55 Hours
081-CBRNE BWP BIOLOGICAL WARFARE PREPAREDNESS FOR HLTHCARE- 83 Hours
081-CBRNE HPC HOSPITAL CBRNE PREPAREDNESS COURSE- 73 Hours
081-CBRNE CONWP CONV WARFARE PREPAREDNESS FOR HLTHCARE- 50 Hours
081-CBRNE CWP CHEM WARFARE PREPAREDNESS FOR HLTHCARE PROVID- 65 Hours
081-68D OPERATING ROOM SPECIALIST SUST- 135 Hours
081-68W10 HEALTHCARE SPECIALIST SUST- 230 Hours
081-18D SPECIAL OPERATIONS MED SGT SUST- 281 Hours
081-18DPREP SPECIAL OPERATIONS MED SGT PREP- 144 Hours
You can register for all of these courses through ATRRS, but they will be
administered through the ALMS system.
To make SSG, you need a total of 400+ hours. I forgot the exact number, but
the point distribution changes every now and again, so I would recommend
doing at least 600 hours so that you should always be able to max out in
that category on your PPW (your 3355).

S1 should not add any correspondence courses to that block. There are 12 listed on the resident course code list but for whatever reason they are also on the CCC list. I would suggest going to your team leader and requesting classes.
