First and best resource is to speak to the retention NCO in your unit have that NCO pull up available assignments.
Around the area you asked are the Old Guard, The White House duty and Pentagon Duty (must be a very clean cut Soldier) That mean Secret Clearance, no family issues, drug or alcohol issues, and no credit issues.

Contact the old guard recruiter. They have a med PLT there. I almost got the job as the PLT SGT. You won't get that job as SFC Miller just got there, but it's a good job. You are currently at Walter reed?
