If you have been in the military long enough, you know there has been a steady increase of civilian employees over the years. Seems as if there has been nothing but redtape implementation on how things get done nowadays. Even if something gets messed up and a civilian was responsible, there doesnt seem to be the same level of accountability compared to if PVT Joe BagO'Donuts messed something up.

Should the Military take over functions currently run by Civilians? Considering my recent experience dealing with backstabbing Civilians, I think that they should reduce the Civilian Workforce and turn over certain functions bsck to Military control.
