I couldn't believe my eyes after seeing this WWII Marine veteran doing pull-ups at 95 years of age. My first thought was, of course he would be a Marine!
Former Staff Sgt. Robert A. Henderson was a survivor of the Pear Harbor attack and has a stunning account of that day in the attached news piece. I'd enjoy hearing your stories of veterans that defied all physical odds throughout their life. I know it's more than what's in the water...it's how we are raised and trained to overcome mental and physical obstacles. It's just inspiring to hear stories like this.
