Are trainees allowed to arrive for DCC early, i.e. the afternoon before, and stay on post? Or should I wait until the day of registration? I am driving cross country for DCC. I am planning to arrive Sunday afternoon, registration is on Monday. Am I allowed to spend the night on post, or should I just book a hotel? Thanks

According to both the welcome letter and reporting instructions, they both say report on report day, (in bold). That implies that early reporting is not authorized.

Which means you could book a hotel off post or IHG (hotel) on post for the night prior, but that will be an out of pocket expense, not authorized for reimbursement.
