Are we seeing the same old things when it comes to voting on the Iran Nuclear deal?

House Republicans are calling for three separate votes on the Iran nuclear agreement. Is this due diligence on the part of the GOP or is it the equivalent of "peeing up a rope?"

Pee up rope. I give 95% chance Iran will violate this agreement and all sanctions and more will kick in. This is a show me piece to the world to "present the appearance of internal cooperation ". Iran will f up, and we have X submarines with nukes and tomahawks as THE deterrent.

Both. Constituents would be outraged if the GOP did not try to stop it, but at the same time (as I've mentioned in similar questions) it is a waste of time. If the votes are already secured, we just look bad to our allies and enemies doing this. We need to figure out how to make the best of it, amend it if needed, but stopping it can no longer happen.

Sad but true. Seems like sanity has disappeared, legacy is the important thing today. Just listen to the voices from Iran, they have no intention of cooperating with humanity, and this wait and see approach if they comply is a disaster in the making. The world continues to become more dangerous on a daily basis with this out of touch, all about look at what I did, administration. However, you are spot on about the constituents and I suppose it needs to be recorded if nothing else for the future finger-pointers and naysayers in congress.
