Good Stuff Sgt Meza but I got you by 10 years and weight less than when I was discharged from the Marines but have 2 more inches around my waist that just will not leave

Damned right I am. Paragraph Four of the Drill Sergeant's Creed applies whether in uniform or not'; retired or still in - "I will lead by example, never requiring a Soldier to perform a task I would not do myself"

Sgt Tom Cunnally - I seriously thought about enlisting in the corps, but the nearest usmcr depot was 30 miles away and was supply. The Army unit I selected was 3 miles away and I got to blow up stuff
MUCH more satisfaction

1SG Michael Blount - We had guys who had been in the Army in my Platoon at Parris Island and they had a rough time adjusting & didn't fare too well.

Top, I used the "lead by example" as a model for raising my kids.

Actually, it's easier to track my PT levels, so I don't have to worry about the perceived vs. actual exertion issue. that's where fitbits come in VERY handy
