So I am really looking for some local brothers and sisters that are willing to meet up and connect to help get me out a little more to work on Triggers of my PTSD/PTS and to just a local Veterans to connect with I am Located out of Salem, Oregon anyone in that area feel free to message me

I definitely will, right now just trying to get out of the house more and enjoy this life I have. Because sometimes I go weeks without leaving and find it hard to get out on my own.

I had something similar in that I was very ill for four months with an infection in my spine. I was bedridden for much of it. I wasn't able to drive. I wasn't able to walk much, so I just vegetated around the house, watching TV, and sitting here at the computer. It was the unknown that bothered me the most. I was depressed, and thought I might check out of this hotel called earth, if I didn't improve in my health soon.
I did recover. I did get back on my feet. I did conquer the dark side of my life. It certainly wasn't easy, but I know it can be done.
