Are you the proper role model?

Can you honestly look at yourself and say "I am the proper role model!" Without boasting tell us how you maintain respect, bearing ,discipline, professionalism, and truly exemplify your branches core values. Do your younger members look up to you and say, "I want to be like you when I grow up!" How can you better yourself? One of my motivational mottos is "Their no such thing as perfect because there is never ending room for improvement!" Lets hear it!
