Good morning. When I enlisted I was given some money as the ACF, and I elected the MGIB. I understand that I have converted the MGIB and am using the post 911 for education. What I have not been successful in researching is: What happens to the ACF in my contract? More particularly, did I lose it when I elected post 9/11? I draw on your experience or knowledge if you will share it. Thank you all for everything.

Here's a thread on the question you posted that could shed some light:

From what I understand there's an applicable percentage added to housing allowance.

How does the Army College Fund work with VA Education Benefits? | RallyPoint
When many of us enlisted into the Army we received an ADDITIONAL education bonus, dependent on many factors and a different number for all. As I'm about to begin using my VA Education Benefits, I'm trying to decide if I want to use my MGIB or the Post 9/11 GI Bill. I am aware 99% of folks qualified for the Post 9/11 GIB elect this choice. But, I still want to make an educated, financially responsible choice. I've exhausted my internet search...

I had also enlisted with the ACF but by the time I got to college (before the Post-9/11) the MGIB had surpassed the amount of my ACF so mine just went away.

Looks like it went away:
"The Army College Fund (ACF) has been suspended since 1 October 2011. There are no plans to reinstate the program."

I did see that. I read that meaning to be it is no longer given at enlistment. But I'm not willing to accept a one liner on a website without more discussion or research. Unfortunately I'm missing the information required. I'm hoping some of my buddies here can help me out on this one.
