I don't think the standards can stay the same if females are allowed.

Sorry I disagree if you change the standards you weaken the mos.
if females want to be in a combat mos then they have to adhere to the standard

I agree that the standards should be the same so Im not disagreeing with you. What I am stating is that if we are going to hold females to the current standard then we should hold men to that same standard or create a female standard (which in some aspect would be changing/modifying the standard). I have come across some male Soldiers that I would trust to fight their way out a wet paperbag.
