BLUF: NOBODY WILL MANAGE YOUR CAREER LIKE YOU.
Check your records! TAPDB-R doesn't seem to talk with ATRRS. If you're a senior SFC looking to get considered for promotion to E8, you could end up in the "other" pile and you might not even know. For some Soldiers who completed SSD-4 early after the SSD launch, your records may still show you as not having completed the course.
One of my former Soldiers happened to stumble across this little gem of information while following up on his own packet with the RRC. If you find you've already been affected, start working on your STAB packet now.

This doesn't just apply to senior SFCs. Anyone with a promotion packet needs to double check everything. As a mid-grade Major I scrubbed my file for the 7th or 8th time and, mush to my surprise, found a military course I completed as a 1LT that was not in my file.
The top 3 things you can do for your file are:
1. have all of your documents in your packet
2. have a current, good photo
3. write a letter to the President of the Board, if allowed
