One of the sew shops here in Junction City, KS told me that I shouldn't be paying for my own NCO Striped ASU Trousers and listed off some AR's and other information that I recently had forgotten. What sources cover supply's issuance of a memorandum to recieve two pairs of Striped Trousers from Clothing and sales?

I know there's a procedure for newly promoted Non-Comissioned Officers to recieve Dress Blue Trousers upon promotion.

Depends on what your status is: Active Duty, National Guard or Reserve? If Guard or Reserve, are you on AGR status or M-Day (drilling and AT only)? Have you had a full uniform issue or not? Do you get a clothing allowance? All these factors matter, and it doesn't matter what someone thinks, you are right to look for documentation.
