Many clients who I work with, and their families, feel as though their experience of PTSD is somehow related to a "character flaw" or "loss of morals/values". I find research such as this validating, as it really helps clarify (to clients, the general public, mental health professionals) the biology behind a person's experience of PTSD.

Thoughts?
