As a 42A, what are the odds of getting a duty station on my wish list? Also, when do I find out?

For your Dream Sheet....the odds aren't necessarily in your favor. Because the Army will try to match you to your dream sheet with a location where they actually need you. I would say your odds are about 30% likely. If you are in AIT, you should find out about (approximately) 1-2 weeks away from graduation when you receive your orders.
