I could also turn my Facebook profile into a page. Odd, right? - https://m.facebook.com/help/ [login to see] 4902/?hc_location=ufi

I would post as a page not as a person for something like blogging or vlogging if you are looking to grow your blog. Keep your personal page for more personal things and for the family. Think about it, if your blog grows big enough, would you want some random person to be "friends" with you just to see your blog?

If you want your only social media presence to be your b/vlog - forever - then go ahead. If you think you might do other things later in life, I'd keep them separate and make a separate Page for the bvlog.

That has nothing to do with my question, but I'm aware of that.

SGT (Join to see) - You requested the pros and cons, the con is using your personal account is unwise because nothing is private. I do believe I addressed the question. Best Wishes!
