First your Career Counselor will need to do a 1506 to correct your PEBD and BASD, if it's not correct already. This is because if your DOR is prior to the date shown on your ERB right for your PEBD, S1 cannot enter an earlier date into eMilpo.
Contact your prior unit and request a copy of your promotion orders, or get an LES from that time period showing the actual date. An ERB usually is not considered a source document for making changes.
The specific details are in AR 600-1 Chp 2-20, depending on your situation and any breaks in service.
If your battalion S1 is unwilling to help you, just walk up to the brigade S1 where the more experienced HRC tech will be familiar with the process.

Thank you everyone for your responses. Today i met with my Career Counselor. So on my DD Form 1966 my Pay Entree date is wrong they put it 5 months earlier than its supposed to be. My DOR is also wrong they put a date that I wasn't even in the Army but the TIG is right. My career counselor said she will submit the DA form 1506 to fix my BASD and my PEBD and I would have to talk to S1 to fix my DOR.
Reading AR 600-20 What does it mean when it says plus elapsed time since discharge? "2. Within 24 months of the last discharge in the same grade held at the discharge, the DOR will be adjusted to reflect the original DOR plus elapsed time since discharge."
Does that mean that my DOR changes to just reflect my TIG? Like it shows on my DD form 1966?

I don't know why you can't find it. I pulled it from army pubs to reference the chapter. It's called Army Command Policy.

The adjustment is similar to BASD/PEBD adjustment with time elapsed. So it’s date of rank to ETS in months/days then clock starts running again after you signed your current contract and took the oath. So if your DOR was 15 Sep 15, ETS 15 Dec 15, enlisted 15 May 17, then DOR is 15 Feb 17 giving you credit for having served those three months in grade and TIG adjusted so you’d only need X number of months until eligible for next promotion. This only applies if you were active duty before. Prior service could mean USAR, NG, or AD as well as any of the other branches of Service. Which were you? What does your contract state as entry grade? You can enter dates earlier than your PEBD; it just cannot be earlier than your DIEMS (date initial entry of military service).

Edit: only applies if enlisting into the NG from any component. If enlisting into active duty, DOR should be date of enlistment.

AG Corps senior NCO. He will tell you what can and cannot be done as well as how to do what you wish to do, if positively disposed towards you. Speak very little and listen a lot.
