As a senior rater, what kind of successive assignments would you recommend to someone who is receiving a negative NCOER?

I think that would depend on why they are getting a negative NCOER.

I can not confirm or deny a SSG's NCOER once had "CQ runner" & "BN Staff Duty runner" & "Housing NCOIC" as next duty assignments
