As an MOS T soldier going to training at Leonard wood will I be able to go places or will I be locked down like the rest of the iet soldier?

It will depend on the Cadre. You should have some freedoms, but take all commands from the Cadre

We gave our prior service and MOS change soldiers some leash to run. If they screwed it up, they were treated like a new soldier since they obviously didn't know better. Differs by command.

When I went a few years ago I was restricted to a 50 mile radius I believe. Maybe a little less, but I was able to go off post. St. Louis was an option some weekends. But I went to the NG MOS-T course. AD cadre might be different. Take commands from the tower.
