At the G4 PBO level, what are our requirements when it comes to the Annual Durable Management Review ?

A colleague and I we were discussing this issue. I told her that since we currently have a memorandum for record signed by each hand receipt holder. That should be sufficient at our level. But she is saying that we should maintain the 2062 or similar document. I feel that the 2062 or similar document should be maintained by the customer. Is the Annual Durable Management review Memorandum sufficient at the G4 PBO level or should we maintain a copy of a 2062 or similar document ? Your feedback is greatly appreciated.

So bottom line, from what I see is that at the G4 PBO level, we maintain the Annual Durable Management review Memorandum. The hand receipt holder maintains the 2062 or similar document. We use the memorandum as a tool to ensure customers have a 2062 or similar document at the company or customer level.

That's about right. You can keep a copy of the 2062 for CYA purposes but it really is not necessary.
