If the government fails the American people, the people have the right to take back their government IAW the US Constitution. At what point will the military stand-down allowing the American people to take back their government by arresting criminal legislators and bringing them before the courts, and refusing to come to the aid of those same criminal legislators in attempts to save themselves?

Last I heard the Constitution is still the boss document, so government has not been taken. There was a failed attempt by those believing it has on 1/6/21. Strangely, they claim to be the good guys while attempting to block a Constitutional action, so they are conflicted at least. Clueless at best.

honest answer - the Military would fracture if it ever gets to that point, much like what happened in in 1860 to 1865, the fracturing of the military occurred long before shots were fired at Sumpter, SC. One of the major precursors to open hostilities were a large amount of officers resigning or mustering out of the Army and Navy.
