ALARACT Message 340-2013 provides Soldiers approaching their contractual ETS who have chosen not to reenlist or extend to request voluntary early separation (up to 6 months) for the purpose of accepting employment.

Once the packet is approved by the first SCMCA in the Soldier's chain of command is the paclet then forwarded to HRC? What are the actions taken after approval?

Once approve take the packet to your transition office they process it and cut your orders.
