So you're taking your wife/girlfriend/date to the ball. Do you drop her off to at the front door and then park the car or do you park and "hoof it" together. Just seems awkward either way.

SFC (Join to see) I walked in with her. It's awkward if she goes in by herself because she may not know anyone there.

Depends on the layout of the venue. My wife has muscular dystrophy, so dropping her off is a common occurrence.

I think it depends on the weather. Seriously I don't mind walking from the parking lot in unless it happened to be raining, snowing, sleeting...then you know I'd rather not end up ruining all the preparation look. Another thing is I don't like or want to stand around alone at the entrance while I'm waiting for my escort to park the car and walk in. That's just me.
