How has the PT belt infiltrated Rally Point?  We must stop this.  If you have a PT belt in your profile picture you will lose 100 influence points per day until you correct this deficiency.

How could I take this out of my photo? It has saved my life countless times; in fact, in this very picture, shortly after it was taken we came under IDF, and it's because of that PT belt I'm here to talk about it! I'd choose a reflective belt over an IOTV in any condition!

No S- there I was......

A few weeks back I saw someone who had utilized two PT belts across the gap left by a missing tailgate on a pick up truck near West Point.

Not only does it stop bullets, make you 10-ft tall, make the opposite sex love you, and make Chuck Norris fear you.....apparently it can hold back a 50-in TV from sliding out the back of your truck!

As you can see in my profile picture, I (unbelievably) did not have my PT belt on my person, so I was forced to improvise with my saber scabbard.

Ban PT Belts from all profile pictures. It's just the right thing to do.

I foresee a DA directed standard of three PT belts (two across the chest and one for the waist) in all DA photos IOT be considered for promotion.  Rallypoint profiles should lead the way.

If bullets can't penetrate it, how do you expect down votes to affect it?!

Are you a manager/moderator of RallyPoint? Just curious, because nowhere in the Terms and Conditions does it state that in your photo you are not authorized to wear your reflective belt, and if you do, you get 100 points deducted. As long as the picture is professional, it should be fine.

What are you referring to? Just curious - Thanks. I'd personally LOVE to see the PT belt go away, in wearing cold weather PTU's. Kind of pointless to have reflecting jacket, then whatever color PT belt, usually designated per unit/division/post. Without jacket...different story. Not a "hill to die on." As my Sons would say, "Just saying." :-)

I'll look for your response later - Time for quick nap, & @ 12 - Mile Run. This 50-year-old fat boy is working on an Army Marathon for 02 March. God bless you and yours.
