Superman is an illegal immigrant with no current visa. Sure he has unique skills which set him apart ensuring that he could attain a visa; however, he has not attempted to attain legal documentation for consideration as a member of planet earth. I cannot in good conscience condone such blatant disregard for our immigration policies. I must therefore cast my vote for the only legitimate candidate, Batman.

But shouldn't he be considered for refugee status? After all, he can't return home without an expectation of serious harm (outer space + red sun + Kal-El = bad news) and people keep trying to "destroy the Kryptonian" (persecution based on race).

Well considered argument; however, he has not claimed refugee status and is instead living in the open illegally. Batman.
