Before I go and look it up, now that STEP is in place, who know if Foundry classes are being counted for promotion points?

As a 35 series, there are a lot of Foundry courses we take to help enhance our skill set when we're unable to go on TDY. With that being said, does anyone know if the classes we've (35F, 34g, 35M, 35L, 35T, etc) been taking are being counted as promotion points now that STEP is in place
