Besides the PME, ACOMS and career progression in AR 600-3, what were promotion trends for officers after the last promotion board?

With the last promotion board that happened in early 2014, the various branches at HRC publish a current trends slide deck showing what the cumulative trends were for those selected. I have read the various tables showing which commands and which percentage promoted and which branches promoted how many, this included all BZ, PZ and AZ looks. We all know the PME requirements, civilian education, ACOM differential preference and AR 600-3 bench marks and KD positions. What do you think were some of the delineating factors? Would like to hear from those that made the list this year in regards to field grades and SWO's.
