Besides your Body Army and Weapon(s), what piece of gear do you absolutely need for a deployment?

I found out today that I will be deploying to Afghanistan later this year. This will be my first deployment and I am thrilled that I am getting this opportunity.&nbsp;<div><br></div><div>I am curious if anyone would mind assisting with helping me determine what I may need to purchase and pack for my deployment. This could be anything ranging from military gear to comfort items and neccessities. I have time to purchase these items in small purchases so that it does not kill my budget.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Also, if you have ideas of things NOT to purchase and take....please let me know.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Thank you in advance!</div>
