Many times vets are frustrated and need a channel to vent. What is/was yours?

Go out into the woods with a 12 gauge shotgun and a couple dozen 2L bottles filled with water. Always works for me.

I use to set a meeting with my supervisor ( 1 paygrade up) and respectfully request to vent. He'd close the door then say granted. It was a great idea from him, made me feel better and often resulted in solutions or new methods of leadership and operating.
