Prior service considering joining the army. I was wondering if either 35N or 35F offers a better chance of becoming a warrant officer down the road?

Every 35N I've seen apply has been accepted -- but I lean towards SIGINT. Be good at what you do - you will make your own success -- Good Luck

Not every applicant is as old as I am. I am 42 now. At the point in time I would be applying I would most likely be past 46. From the research I've done the age limit is waiverable, but I wonder in reality how likely it is.

The MOS’s are very different. So it really depends on what you be interested in doing. I recommend doing as much research as you can on both and see where you would best fit.

Neither offers you a “Better” shot. Both are extremely competitive with both selecting between 3 to 7 individuals quarterly.
You’re gonna need to make friends in high places and be damn good at what you do
