What are your thoughts on sexual assault charges being dropped and do you think if this was an enlisted soldier they would have received the same plea deal that he received???

Army General's Sex Assault Case May Be Dismissed

Breaking news out of Fort Bragg. Due to alleged mishandling of the case by the Pentagon, Brigadier General Sinclair's sex assault case may have to be thrown out. Your thoughts on this development? We'll try to keep this thread updated as more news happens on this.

I think it's very possible that if there wasn't enough evidence to prove guilt that a plea would be given to any person accused. I don't believe that it would have made National news the way that his did.
