Are you supposed to retain BLC points following promotion to E5? Or, do they fall off and get replaced with ALC points?

Hello All,
I was hoping the community here could assist me in answering a question that I have been getting many different answers on. I am currently a promotable E5 fighting for promotion points as they are extremely high. After cross referencing my PPW with multiple other E5s in my unit we noticed that they have a lot of points in their military residential training for the completion of BLC. My PPW however has no such thing even though I completed BLC in 2019. If this is in fact something that should be reflected within my PPW that would set me at around 650 points greatly increasing my chances at promotion. So my question is, are you supposed to retain those BLC points following promotion to E5? Or do they fall off and get replaced with ALC points? Following recent changes to BLC and ALC requirements to promote I feel this could be the cause. I welcome and appreciate any information. Thank you

BLC is what makes you qualified in grade as a SGT.
Being qualified in SGT is what makes you eligible for consideration for promotion to SSG.
ALC is what makes you qualified in grade as a SSG.
If you have ALC complete as a SGT, that is worth points towards promotion to SSG.
Per ALARACT 030/2024 DTG: R 151209Z MAY 24:
AN ADDITIONAL 150 PROMOTION POINTS WILL BE ADDED TO SOLDIER’S EXISTING TOTAL PROMOTION POINT SCORE AS FOLLOWS:
13.A. (U) SOLDIERS RECOMMENDED FOR PROMOTION TO SERGEANT WHO ARE GRADUATES OF THE BASIC LEADER COURSE.
13.B. (U) SOLDIERS RECOMMENDED FOR PROMOTION TO STAFF SERGEANT WHO ARE GRADUATES OF THE ADVANCED LEADER COURSE.

Hello everyone,
I have found the 100% correct answer and figured it would be helpful to put it here incase anyone encounters this issue in the future. Due to not being on any OML prior to being promotable, they do not remove those BLC points. However, when obtaining your P status you now fall on under those lists at which time they remove those points and in order to replace them, you must complete ALC. Thank you for all the feedback and best of luck.
