By army regs, how far in advance must a reserve unit produce orders for Annual Training (and in which reg can it be found)?

Orders are not required for training lasting less than 30 days unless it is TDY.

Orders are always required for annual training. That is how a Soldier get paid. Even if it's for 1 day.
