Calling all pilots: Switching from Active Duty to Guard/Reserve while at UPT?

I'm currently at OTS with a selected AFSC of 92T0. Several cadets I've talked with have recommended that I submit applications to their units because they're hiring. I've read about this but never directly talked to anyone who managed to get it done. I'm definitely interested but skeptical. Does anyone have experience or information as to how this process might work? (If it's even possible.)
