Can 92A3O ALC phases be done out of sequence? Phase 2 prior to 1?

I was enrolled in phase 1 and 2 of 92A3O ALC at FT Lee and was wait listed for phase 1 but reserved seat for phase 2. Was told for several months I was a go until the other night I was told they are canceling it because didn't have phase 1. I was supposed to start phase 2 next week. I have read it could be done out of sequence. It's it true you can or is it you cannot?

All, I appreciate all the return comments. I did find out what everyone was saying. I'm still waiting to go and just sitting back to see what happens from here.

Cannot, I just went through this. I was also a wait for phase 1. You must have phase one before attending phase 2.

No. When ATRRS is finally up and running, you will see that Phase 1 completion will be a pre-req in order to move onto Phase 2. I'm rather surprised you were able to submit a request and get an approved reservation without having Phase 1 complete. I tried to submit for SLC Phase 1 DL and was rejected because I wasn't on a PPRL anywhere.

SGT (Join to see) - Your UA is one (if they have access). Your ATRRS application does have to run thru your BN S3 and then up the food chain. Personally, I would recommend that, since your Chain is can't assist, then perhaps take the issue higher until it is resolved. If your Chain does not work then take it to your State Bureau

I have great COC and they do a good job, I'm just frustrated with the whole thing.

Your 1SG possibly did do it that way because that’s how I did it. I completed my Phase 2 in 05 and then Phase 1 in 06. The NCOES structure has been standardized since then. Now you must compete the phases in sequence. Even on the off chance that you manage to get a reservation for Phase 2 you will still be required to present a DA Form 1059 showing Phase 1 completion upon your arrival at the school house.
