Can a company commander decline an SLC reservation submitted by HRC?

Can he or does he have the authority to do so? He/She can and they do have the authority to do so; however, it must be because you do not meet the requirements to attend SLC any longer, are flagged or there is some other extraordinary circumstance. If there is no legal, moral or ethical reason to "pull" the school, then you have grounds for IG complaint. I had a CO refuse to submit my SLC application on THREE occasions. There was no reason whatsoever for her not to submit my request. I filed the complaint with a lot of evidence (e mails, texts etc...). Ultimately she was relieved and I was top in the class. :-)
