I’m here at AIT and I have this drill sergeant that absolutely hates everything me and another person in our platoon does the first 2 weeks we did get off on the wrong hand but I just wasn’t use to the freedom coming fresh out of basic I told her that and I’ve been staying under the radar for a while but she just looks for any and everything to chow us out about or give us a counseling so today we had a random room expectation and our rooms got trashed me and the guy she hates also so what she did was thrower everything out our drawers and brought the females to our room and told them that this is how we live and we’re dirty so she took our phones and a couple more guys I gave her a phone but she said I had more than one phone so she made me open my locker and searched through my bags in my locked locker with no permission and found a old phone I was wrong for not turning it in but everyone is telling me to go talk to my 1Sgt because it wasn’t right how I was the only one that got searched and she was never given permission to search any of my personal belongings she just decided to and made me open my locker should I talk to my first sergeant about this? Or is this just something I should just deal with 8 more weeks because I think she is trying to get me put out and I can’t take it

If you honestly believe that you are being harassed and targeted, there are ways to address this. Your CoC, IG, etc.

But, and I mean this as solid advice, you need to make sure you are respecting the facts.

And it doesn't sound like they are. It sounds like your DS has been using DA 4856 to note your development. It sounds like you, of your own admission, are failing to adapt to military life. It sounds like you failed to follow the standard and a lawful order.

So, you're at a crossroads: do you raise this concern or do you accept it and fly under the radar? I'm telling you that this moment is not that moment to make your stand. AIT is such a small portion of your military career that it is easier to just follow instructions and do what is right and respects the facts. Your DS is responsible for your training and development. You are responsible for being moldable and trainable.

Nutt up buttercup there is no safe place here where you can be happy and safe. You need to either quit or become what all of us here were or are , a WARRIOR, I would never want a whine bag like you watching my back in a firefight, you might break s nail and get distracted,. So for the sake of the service quit they do not need you.

I don't understand.

You're in Basic to learn, train and become a soldier. You're not there for drama.

Say; "Yes, Drill Sergeant!" Learn and shut your pie hole.

You sound like a whining child.

It sounds like you don't belong in the Army. Perhaps, your Drill Sergeant is correct and should continue putting everything on paper and get you out before you get someone killed.

I think I want to hear your DS's point of view. I suspect you are angry for getting caught and you are not telling the whole story. :(

Get out now... If you think that your constitutional rights in boot camp have been violated you are WRONG... You are not even allowed to call your self a Private... That is reserved for those who graduate boot... Or your next stop during training. Like yours.
Oh by the way next time take a good look at the sign in front by the gate. The one that says warning ALL persons or vehicles are subject to search at any time WITHOUT A WARRANT!!! YES, THAT MEANS YOU!!! And everyone else who crosses that red line ... Or blue line on some Navy Bases.....
One more thing, please either use Grammarly or some other app because run-on sentences are really hard to read...

I'm assuming by now you're out of AIT unless you got recycled. I'm sure your DS hates everyone in your platoon equally unless you're making yourself stand out more. Maybe there's a snitch in the barracks or some other trainee who is spreading lies around that you are hiding drugs in your locker. Usually the guilty ones point the most fingers at others to take the attention off themselves. I've seen it many times.
Maybe you remind your DS of a few horrible trainees she had in the last class. If you want attention you'll get it and it may not be what you were expecting. Just pay attention and do as you're told. Don't smile either. We had cool instructors when I was in AIT. We did our job and we got along fine.
When you signed on the dotted line you just became property of the U. S. Army. Leave your civilian rank back home. When you arrive at AIT, you should be better prepared to start the next chapter of training. This sounds more like BCT or even high school theatrics.
By the way, where is the punctuation? Periods and Paragraph breaks are easier to read than one long sentence with no break. I can't tell when one sentence ends and the other begins. I couldn't finish reading it. If you write like this in AIT classes then no wonder your DS doesn't like you. She was probably a teacher before enlisting.
